Course Bookings should be made at least 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis. Bookings are only confirmed once Added Advantage Academy has received a signed, completed booking form. Companies wishing to book delegates on any course must provide a company order number with the booking form.Course Cancellations
Course cancellations and rescheduling must be made two (2) working days prior to the commencement of the course. Delegates are liable for a 50% cancellation fee if the above condition is not met. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing i.e. email to Added Advantage Academy. Non-attendance or late arrival (45 minutes) after the commencement of the course without cancellation will make the delegate liable for the full course fee.Rescheduling of course dates
Added Advantage Academy reserves the right to reschedule, if the minimum number of students for a particular course is not achieved. This option will only be taken in extreme circumstances.Assessment and Examination Bookings
Assessment and Examination bookings must be made five (5) workings days prior to the requested date. Cancellation of a booked assessment or exam must be done two (2) working days prior to set date. The assessment /exam will only be booked once a completed booking form has been received by Added Advantage Academy.Course Times
- Day Courses:
- Registration takes place at 8:30am.
- Course duration: 9:00am – 4:00pm.
- Tea breaks – 15 minutes at 10:30am and 2:30pm.
- Lunch is between 12:00 pm and 1:00pm.
- Evening courses:
- Starts at 5:30pm and ends at 8:00pm.
- A short 15 minute break at 6:45pm.
- Saturday courses:
- Registration takes place at 7:45am.
- Course duration: 8:00am – 3:00pm.
Light refreshments are provided at tea breaks. Lunch meals can be purchased in advance or on the day of training.Parking

Cell phones are to be turned off in the training rooms. Telephone messages can be taken and will be given to students at break-times.
